The Situation
ePlannerPro had built a strong product and established meaningful traction in the tradeshow and conference market. As the business evolved, marketing expanded across channels and initiatives.
This created an opportunity to bring greater strategic coherence to how the platform was represented in the market, how marketing operated day-to-day, and how technologies such as AI were applied and communicated.

The engagement focused on preparing marketing to support ePlannerPro’s next phase of growth with greater clarity, leverage, and confidence.

The Work
Spark Novus partnered with ePlannerPro to strengthen marketing fundamentals while applying AI and automation to improve consistency, speed, and operational focus. The work was led in close collaboration with ePlannerPro’s Vice President of Marketing and Operations, Nicola Bradburn Fuller, one of the company’s first US hires. She leads marketing strategy, operations, and customer engagement, bringing deep experience from senior marketing and strategy roles at BellSouth and Accenture and a disciplined, execution-focused approach to scaling marketing programs.

AI-Supported Marketing: Integrating AI into core marketing workflows to improve consistency, speed, and focus, including the use of HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, and Jasper to support content creation, iteration, and message integrity, alongside AI-enabled workflows within Monday.com and Zapier to reduce manual coordination overhead and improve automated execution flow,
AI Leadership and Brand Positioning: Establishing how AI would be represented and discussed within the product through an AI Manifesto, and reinforcing that point of view through a leadership session at Event Tech Live, a leading industry forum for event technology professionals, focused on the practical role of AI in events and meeting management,

The engagement strengthened ePlannerPro’s ability to drive brand awareness and support demand generation by putting AI to work across marketing in practical, controlled ways.
By integrating AI into core marketing workflows, the team improved consistency, reduced manual effort, and increased execution confidence across content, digital, and campaign activity.
